I have been thinking about this so much recently with my Oura ring. I am trying to give myself more grace with the info that it is giving me, and I'm just trying to trend in an upward direction overall. I also am not sure how accurate my sleep data is. There are nights when it tells me I had "optimal" sleep when I definitely do not feel that way! I do like the info, but I need to be careful how I personally use that info!

Thanks for sharing Lisa! Yeah the data that these devices spits out are daunting, especially BECAUSE they don't explain how they're getting to those numbers or the science behind it. Even when I was going through the Garmin explainers, I realized a lot of their explanations were generic and didn't really explain what "good" looks like. This is troublesome considering how much we're rely on the data for our perception of health!!
